What happens if it arrives damaged?
Please contact me right away if there are any issues with your item. Send detailed pictures of your item and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Shipping Carriers:
US, Canadian and international orders shipped from the US are shipped by USPS with tracking. Canadian, US and International orders shipped from Canada are shipped by Canada Post.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Sterling Silver:
Sterling silver, or 925 silver, is 9.25% silver and 7.5% other metal, usually copper. With out copper, silver is not strong enough for daily use, while keeping it's lustrous shine. Sterling silver is prone to tarnishing, (turning black), which is a normal part of the oxidization process. To help prevent and slow down tarnishing, keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals and store is a soft box. Cleaning your jewelry with a jewelry cleaner if needed and a fresh cloth will get the silver sparkling before you know it. Sterling silver jewelry doesn’t contain metal additions that can cause an allergic reaction. People who are allergic to metals such as nickel and or brass can wear sterling silver jewelry without much worry.
Care Instructions:
It is not recommended to wear jewelry in the shower, pools or around chemicals including cleaning supplies. Polish jewelry with a soft cloth.
Why Are My Orders Not Shipped Together?
I have two suppliers who help me create my amazing products; myself and my business partner. Items may be shipped from the US and/or Canada, so you may receive more than one package depending on your specific order.
Caring for Buttons
For best care, I recommend handwashing or consulting your dry cleaner to ensure the longevity of the sterling silver finish and colours. If the button is too large or small for the button hole, please adjust the hole size. I also highly recommend measuring the button hole before ordering. My buttons are a standard blouse or shirt size.
Personalized and Custom Jewelry
Personalized and custom jewelry are not eligible for returns.
Earrings
Due to hygienic nature of pierced jewelry products, earrings are not eligible for returns.
